Yes, they can! At least for the Trail Ridge KC in Colorado, where they promote an EXHIBITOR VOTED BEST JUDGE.

I'm incredibly honored and humbled by this recognition. It's a testament to my passion for dogs, my love for judging, and the amazing atmosphere created at that show by exhibitors and volunteers. It's all designed to provide the community with a fun yet technical experience.

Joao was a Friday Judge so he was not at the presentation. He was informed of his win and was asked to send a picture when he received his AWARDS. See above.
